DELIVERY INFORMATION
1. When will I get my order?
We Ship Fast! Our goal is to ship every order before the end of the next business day. In most cases we achieve this goal. However, we periodically experience dramatic and unpredictable surges in demand for our products. When this occurs, we do everything possible to respond, but order delays are sometimes unavoidable.
It all takes time. Also, many of our customers are ordering from distant locations. It takes packages at least a week to cross the country by non-priority methods. Therefore, please anticipate a realistic time frame for processing and delivery.
2. Return Policy
If we sent you the item you ordered and you wish to exchange it or return it, you may return the item at your own shipping expense. We will send you the replacement at any time you authorize us to do so, charging you for the exchange you wish and shipping costs. When we receive the return of the item originally shipped to you, we shall refund the cost of that item, but not the shipping and handling charges.
3. Shipping Rates (Continental U.S. only, see item #4 for Orders to Canada and the UK)
Ground shipping
Up to 1 lb = $5.00
1.1 to 5 lbs = $8.00
5.1 lbs to 10 lbs = $13.00
10.1 lbs to 15 lbs = $16.00
15.1 lbs to 20 lbs = $25.00
20.1 lbs and above = $30.00

4. International Orders
We Ship to Canada and the UK. However, for addresses outside the USA, we will contact you to determine shipping costs and the best method to use. We require a credit card number, phone number, and/or e-mail address at the time you place your order, but we will not charge your card unless we can find a way to ship that works well for you.
Duties and customs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Back Orders
We dislike these things as much as you do. However, they are sometimes unavoidable. When we have a back order, we will let you know. If we do not supply the back ordered merchandise soon enough, just request a prompt refund and/or cancellation.
6. Money Back Guarantee
If any product is not satisfactory, please let us know. You can return for credit, refund, or replacement. We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Our best asset is a satisfied customer. Remember this because it is important:
